3. Check your email for an invite to Trainerize App.
4. Upload Beginning Pictures into Trainerize App.

Please use this tutorial for picture taking . You can use your front facing camera. Notice that our model is in full frame. Make your pics look just like this. You do not have to have your face in unless you want.  Please do not upload pictures that do not look like this. I will send you here if you do and you will have to do them again.

5. Download a Macro Tracker.

​Are you already using MyFitnessPal? That's perfect.
You can sync MFP with Trainerize.
Oh..  you need the one that allows for custom macros and fiber. 
I love MyNetDiary Pro version from your app store. This is not the 'free' version. You need to purchase the one that tracks fiber.  You can use any tracker you like.

6. Track your first 3 days of eating.

Ok.. We need to figure out how you normally eat. So open your tracker up and start tracking everything you eat for a full 3 days. Do no try to be "be good". Do not try to be anything other than your normal. This will slow us down. When you have your three days of tracking.. click here and fill out this form.
Please fill out the form and give as much info as possible so we can really help you!

When I receive your three days, I can then send you your set of macros that you will be working for. Please be honest. Don't try to  "be good" or fudge what you eat.  If you are a person who eats a little during the week then a lot on the weekends, tell me.
Please don't send a list of food you ate.
Please don't track on paper. Use your macro tracker. 
Don't send me the diet you are following.. I need to know YOU!
Note: please don't PLEASE don't  forward your trackers list of foods to us. DO NOT SEND screen caps of pie charts or other screen caps of your numbers.
