I am so happy to help you learn IIFYM/Flexible Dieting/Macros so you will be successful. Listen, I coach a lot of people and I know how frustrating it is to NOT have the tools to reach your goals. I got you. I have perfected this project and if you follow my program, you will learn everything you need to reach your goals. You will also learn my secrets to skipping about 6 months of mistakes that everyone naturally makes!  You will also learn how your body works with certain foods and how to use that to your advantage. You will also learn how to be so flexible in your food, you will see exactly how to reach your goals while enjoying your life, your food and never feel deprived. You will also understand that moving forward, you have the holy grail and it works for you forever!!  No going back to crash diets either!! Let's get you going.

Please use this tutorial for picture taking . You can use your front facing camera. Notice that Andrea is in full frame. Make your pics look just like this. You do not have to have your face in unless you want.   I will send you here if you do and you will have to do them again.

You can sync MFP with Trainerize.
Oh..  you need the one that allows for custom macros and fiber. 
I love MyNetDiary Pro version from your app store. This is not the 'free' version. You need to purchase the one that tracks fiber.  You can use any tracker you like.

Track your first 3 days of eating.

Ok.. We need to figure out how you normally eat. So open your tracker up and start tracking everything you eat for a full 3 days. Do no try to be "be good". Do not try to be anything other than your normal. This will slow us down. When you have your three days of tracking.. click here and fill out this form.
Please fill out the form and give as much info as possible so we can really help you!

When I receive your three days, I can then send you your set of macros that you will be working for. Please be honest. Don't try to  "be good" or fudge what you eat.  If you are a person who eats a little during the week then a lot on the weekends, tell me.
Please don't send a list of food you ate.
Please don't track on paper. Use your macro tracker. 
Don't send me the diet you are following.. I need to know YOU!
Note: please don't PLEASE don't  forward your trackers list of foods to us. DO NOT SEND screen caps of pie charts or other screen caps of your numbers.
